Any deviation from these guidelines can result in conditions such as menstrual irregularities, infertility, and other reproductive health issues. Ayurvedic medicine emphasizes the importance of prevention, highlighting that individuals who follow pathyasevana consistently are less likely to require medical interventions. The holistic approach of Ayurveda underscores the significance of diet, lifestyle, and mental health in ensuring overall well-being and a healthy progeny.
