ABSTRACT This retrospective case series examines the effectiveness of Bellis perennis 200C in alleviating pain symptoms linked to endometriosis, such as dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, and chronic pelvic pain. A total of thirty patients diagnosed with endometriosis were evaluated over three menstrual cycles utilizing a numerical pain rating scale (NRS). Pain levels were documented prior to and following treatment, concentrating on alterations in dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, and chronic pelvic pain. A statistical analysis of paired samples was conducted, revealing significant improvements across all pain metrics. These results indicate that Bellis perennis 200C may serve as a beneficial adjunctive therapy for managing pain associated with endometriosis.
