According to numerous Samhitas, "Rasaaushadhies" play an important role in the treatment of a variety of ailments, particularly in an emergency. Numerous Rasaaushadhies that are appropriate for treating Jwara have been stated by Acharyas. Mahasheetajwarankusha Rasa is mentioned by Yogatarangini and is suggested for the management of Jwara. This formulation contains three minerals i.e. Haratala, Tuttha, and Shambuka, and is manufactured by giving Gajaputa. Indications of it include Vishama Jwara, Sheeta Jwara, and Dhatugata Jwara. Chittabhrama, Raktapitta, Raktatisara, Sangrahani and Arsha. Despite its several applications, this formulation has not yet been the subject of any pharmaceutical research, hence Mahasheetajwarankusha Rasa was selected for the current study. Mahasheetajwarankusha Rasa was prepared in three batches. All the raw materials, intermediate products, and three samples of Mahaseetajwarankusha rasa were comparatively analyzed for their organoleptic characters, physicochemical parameters, and advanced instrumental methods of analysis like XRD, SEM & EDAX. The results of the study were analyzed compared and presented in tables and graphs form. By highlighting the outcome of the study along with limitations and scope of further improvement study was concluded. The analytical value shows minimal variance.
