Menopause is an inherent physiological phenomenon that occurs in women. Post-menopause is the phase in a woman's life when indicators signify the conclusion of her reproductive years. Post- menopausal is determined by the presence of symptoms and the length of time that has passed since a woman’s last menstrual period. Stress is a prevalent issue that individuals encounter in their lives. Treatment involves more than just treating current conditions; it also involves health promotion and preventive actions. Laughter therapy is an effective remedy for improving physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By integratinglaughter as a comprehensive practice and having a significant impact on emotional,physical, and mental conditions.
