The aim of the study is to identify how spirituality affects optimism and stress among college students which may help to give suggestions on stress management in the scope of spirituality and optimism. A total of 88 college students of 17 to 25 years were administered with the help of three instruments which are psychometrically validated, and are namely, the, Spirituality Scale developed by Dr. Colleen Delaney for spirituality, and the Revised Life Orientation Test (LOT-R) designed to assess optimism. proper statistical method is applied in order to obtain the result. The results showed that spirituality significantly predicts greater optimism and lower stress levels. It was found that more spiritual students presented a more positive outlook, better stress coping abilities, while being under high stress negatively affected the optimism. The study findings frequently focus on spirituality as a determinant of promoting the psychological well-being of college students. The study's limitations include its cross-sectional design and reliance on self-reported data, highlighting the need for longitudinal research to deepen the understanding of these relationships.
