Disabled are mentioned by law as the specially enabled humans who can do better with an extra efforts and best support mechanism. Easter Seals once said, “The worst thing about a disability is that people see it before they see you”. Disability may be natural or accidental, but the person suffering from disability have same courage and zeal to achieve goals by normal humans. There is a need to support such humans, who want to perform their best for betterment of humanities by their best efforts irrespective of shortcomings in their lives with best effective tools and support mechanism. Law by its tooth provides a support mechanism to persons with disabilities in almost all countries.
