Abstract
Women are vital setup and heart of the family. When women have been tired, family function would be altered. Women are facing lot of problems through their life. One of the most common problems in menopause and hormonal changes during their middle adulthood. World Menopause Day is celebrated on 18th October every year and was started all the way back in 1984. The Menopause Day is devoted to creating awareness about one of the most difficult time in a women's life.
