The relevance of housing delivery to civilians is a paramount issue in the parlance of administration. Several professionals, government officials and other stakeholders have come up with the need to promote an enduring policy to help mitigate the accruing challenges in the housing sector. Previous efforts made by governments through policy intervention have yielded little in provision of adequate housing. Low value housing construction technologies aim to chop down construction value by victimization alternatives to standard strategies and Input. It is effective budgeting and technique that facilitate in reducing value of construction through use regionally obtainable material in conjunction with improve skills and technology while not sacrificing the strength, performance and life of structure. Low value housing simply satisfies the foremost bottom and basic human desires for shelter and neglects different desires that individuals aim home as well as psychological, social, and aesthetic desires and ultimately, need for self-actualization. Policies have been formulated, implemented and reviewed to better the lots in the housing sector; nonetheless, it still calls for more to be desired. The paper reviews that housing service delivery can be improved upon when government decisively intervenes through proper policy implementation.
