Infertility is a chronic illness that causes not only medical but also creates social, mental and financial burden on the couples and their families. Infertility is defined as failure to conceive within one or more years of regular unprotected coitus (intercourse). Infertility is a global problem in the field of reproductive health. It affects approximately 10-15% of reproductive couples. In the Unani system of medicine, many herbal drugs are used empirically for enhancing fertility. This case series ware an effort to understand the role of Unani formulations in conception. In this present paper the case studies of two female patient suffering from infertility due bilateral tubal blockage and also developed resistant to clomiphene citrate. Both patient treated with Unani formulations is reported. This case series documented the successful treatment and prevention of recurrence of infertility through Unani medicines .It concluded that the Unani regimen was effective and safe in the management of infertility.
