Title

A Study On Consumer Perception Towards Virtual Payment

Abstract

The use of the internet and smartphones in India has increased dramatically during the previous decade. Increased internet use, cellphone penetration, and government initiatives like Digital India are serving as catalysts, resulting in exponential rise in the use of digital payment. The way people think about digital payments has a big influence on whether or not they use it. The structured questionnaire was used as a research instrument to learn more about how people think about digital payments. Primary data was gathered from 200 people in different areas of Hajipur. According to the findings, there is no substantial difference in consumer impression depending on demographic parameters such as age, gender, profession, or monthly household income while education was discovered to have a considerable impact on digital payment adoption. However from the study it has been found that consumer perception towards digital payment is positive and effective.
