A Review on Qualitative Properties of Compressible MHD Flows

Abstract
This paper reviews the important properties of compressible magnetohydrodynamic flows. In present reasearch recent advances in numerical and analytical tools for studying these features are overiew. The interaction of compressibility and magnetic effects produces unique flow phenomena such as magneto sonic waves, anisotropic turbulence, and instabilities, which have significant impact on both theoretical and applied sciences. The purpose of this paper is to provide a full understanding of the qualitative behaviour of compressible MHD flows and their applicability to real-world applications.
