The present century showcases technology and artificial intelligence (AI) as powerful tools for advancing gender equality across various sectors. This paper examines how innovative technological advancements and AI applications can address systemic gender disparities by promoting inclusivity, enhancing accessibility, and eradicating biases. By leveraging data analytics, AI-driven algorithms, and machine learning, it becomes feasible to identify and mitigate unconscious biases in domains such as recruitment, education, healthcare, and workplace practices. Furthermore, AI has the capacity to provide customized support for women and marginalized gender groups, while fostering equal representation in leadership positions. This study evaluates current technologies and their impact on gender equality, proposing strategies to ensure that AI is developed and implemented with an emphasis on equity. By highlighting the importance of diverse perspectives in AI development, the paper stresses the need for inclusive technological ecosystems to create a more equitable future.
