An Analysis of Artificial Intelligence's Effect on Indian Routine life
Abstract
Social media has become an integral part of children’s daily lives, influencing their social interactions, emotional well-being, and mental health. This study examines the impact of social media on children’s mental health, focusing on both positive and negative aspects. Through a survey-based approach, data was collected to analyze the relationship between social media usage and various psychological factors such as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. The findings highlight the dual nature of social media providing connectivity and information while also posing risks such as cyberbullying, social comparison, and addiction. The study concludes with recommendations for responsible social media use and interventions to mitigate its negative effects on children’s mental health.
