A CONSUMER COMPLAINT WEBSITE USING PHP & MYSQL
Abstract
A vital component of contemporary economies is consumer protection, which calls for effective procedures for filing and handling consumer complaints. In order to give customers an easy-to-use platform to file complaints and monitor the status of their resolution, this website describes the design and implementation of a PHP consumer complaint application. PHP is used in the website's backend to manage database interactions and server-side functionality, enabling smooth data retrieval and modification. All things considered, this project shows how PHP and MySQL can be used to produce a dependable and useful consumer complaint management system that improves organizational effectiveness and customer experience.
