Title

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TOWARDS PRODUCT USAGE FEATURES IN ONLINE SHOPPING

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a strong predictor for loyalty, which is an inclination on the part of the consumer to buy repeatedly from the same online store as he /she feels that the purchase is giving satisfaction of experience and value for the product. As favorable attitude is a precursor to satisfaction, e-retailers are coming up with novel strategies to convey the usage of product in the digital market place. The non human format poses completely different set of challenges, so the online stores need to engage the consumer with information on the usage of the product or a service in multiple ways. The specific feature of Product usage is taken as the prime variable to inspect in this study and is further used to measure the various ways it can be manifested in the online shopping site.
