Title

The Role of HR Policies and Workplace Conditions for assessing Job satisfaction in the steel sector.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a critical as well as important factor influencing employee productivity, retention, and overall organizational performance. This study explores the various factors contributing to job satisfaction among employees in the steel industry, focusing on human resource development (HRD) practices, working conditions, employee motivation, and organizational policies. The research employs both primary and secondary data collection methods, analyzing survey responses from steel industry employees. The findings suggest that on-the-job training, salary satisfaction, safety measures, and employer-employee relationships significantly impact job satisfaction. The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing employee well-being and job satisfaction in the steel sector.
