Profitplot is a business management software meant to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) manage financial transactions, inventory, and sales in an efficient manner. Built on React Native for cross-platform compatibility and Firebase for real-time synchronization of data, Profitplot offers an integrated platform to make operations smoother. This paper discusses the purpose and scope of the application, the algorithms used, the feature division, the challenges encountered during development, test outcomes, and future scope. Through rigorous testing, the system has shown enhancements in efficiency, precision, and cost savings. Using advanced cloud technology and automation, Profitplot streamlines business decision-making and minimizes manual effort. This paper provides a detailed analysis of the application's effectiveness and its future improvements in subsequent versions.
