India's rapidly evolving market, fueled by technological advancements and dynamic consumer behavior, demands a strategic shift. This research explores how traditional marketing concepts can be effectively aligned with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Public Relations (PR) strategies to create a customer-centric approach. We examine the historical evolution of marketing alongside the integration of CRM and PR functionalities. This integrated approach redefines the customer journey, fostering holistic brand engagement. By analyzing contemporary Indian case studies, the paper unveils how these integrations can enhance customer loyalty and brand perception in the Indian market.
