Herbal face packs are believed to offer multiple benefits such as improved skin tone, reduced acne, and enhanced glow. This study focused on the formulation and evaluation of a new herbal face pack made from natural ingredients. The herbal face pack was formulated using several herbal ingredients, including sandalwood, turmeric, neem, and rose oil. The formulation was optimized for the proportion of the various ingredients and mixed with a natural binder for ease of application. The prepared face pack was then evaluated for several organoleptic parameters, including texture, colour and smell, pH of the herbal face pack, and Irritation study Rheological study such as angle of repose and physiological study such as Ash Value .The results of the study showed that the face pack had a smooth and uniform texture, with a pleasant smell and a natural colour. The pH of the face pack was found to be within the desired range, suitable for use on the skin. The face pack also demonstrated good stability, even when stored for an extended period.
