This study investigates the feasibility of adopting robotics in warehousing operations by exporters, focusing on the potential benefits, challenges, and practical considerations involved in integrating automation technologies. As the global supply chain becomes increasingly complex and demands for faster, more efficient operations rise, robotics offers a promising solution to improve productivity, accuracy, and cost-efficiency. The study evaluates the organizational, financial, and technical viability of implementing robotic systems in export companies' warehouse operations. The research investigates initial investment, return on investment (ROI), technical compatibility, labor market consequences, and the overall influence on operational efficiency through surveys and interviews with key stakeholders. The study also cites major obstacles to adoption, such as reluctance to change, the requirement for training, and worries about the long-term viability of robotic systems. The results are intended to give exporters a thorough assessment of the viability of incorporating robotics into their warehouses, along with practical advice on whether or not such an investment is realistic in light of long-term strategic objectives, costs, and available resources
