This study investigates the awareness and utilization of electronic resources (e-resources) available in the Sir M.V. Government Arts and Commerce College (SIR MV GAAC) Library among postgraduate (PG) students, undergraduate (UG) students, and faculty members. Using a structured questionnaire, data was collected from 101 PG students, 710 UG students, and 46 faculty members. The study evaluates the level of awareness, frequency of use, purposes of use, and challenges faced by users in accessing e-resources. The findings reveal varying levels of awareness and utilization across user groups, with faculty members showing the highest engagement. Based on the results, recommendations are provided to improve awareness and optimize the use of e-resources in the Sir M.V. Government Arts and Commerce College (SIR MV GAAC) Library.
