Title

Applying Emerging Technologies to Healthcare Data Management: A Roadmap for Big Data Implementation.

Abstract

In an era defined by technological advancement and the exponential growth of digital information, healthcare data management has emerged as a critical domain requiring innovative solutions. This paper presents a comprehensive roadmap for integrating emerging technologies into healthcare data management, specifically focusing on big data implementation. The proposed framework explores the synergy between advanced technologies—including machine learning, blockchain, cloud computing, and the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT)—to transform traditional healthcare systems. By leveraging these technologies, healthcare providers can improve data integrity, enhance patient privacy, and streamline operational processes. The study examines current challenges such as data silos, interoperability issues, and security vulnerabilities, and offers strategic recommendations to overcome these obstacles. Emphasis is placed on creating scalable, robust infrastructures that facilitate real-time data analytics, predictive modeling, and personalized patient care. Furthermore, the roadmap addresses the ethical and regulatory implications of handling sensitive health information, proposing guidelines for compliance and risk mitigation. Collaboration among healthcare professionals, technologists, and policy makers is highlighted as a key factor for successful implementation. Overall, the integration of emerging technologies into healthcare data management holds the promise of revolutionizing patient outcomes, reducing operational costs, and fostering a culture of innovation. This roadmap not only provides a strategic direction for future research but also serves as a practical guide for stakeholders committed to harnessing the potential of big data in the pursuit of enhanced healthcare delivery and quality of life. The study contributes valuable insights and sets a new paradigm for digital transformation in modern healthcare globally
