Title

A compartive study effects of aerobic exercises in the patient with mild hypertension.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major public health challenge and a leading risk factor for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality worldwide. Mild hypertension, though often asymptomatic, significantly increases long-term health risks if not properly managed. While pharmacological therapy remains the primary treatment option, lifestyle modifications such as aerobic exercise are increasingly recognized as effective non-pharmacological interventions. The present study aims to conduct a comparative assessment of the effects of aerobic exercises on patients with mild hypertension, focusing on blood pressure regulation and related cardiovascular outcomes. Patients diagnosed with mild hypertension will be enrolled and divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group will undergo a structured aerobic exercise program consisting of regular sessions of walking, jogging, or cycling for a specified period, while the control group will follow routine care without exercise intervention. Blood pressure, heart rate, and other cardiovascular parameters will be measured pre- and post-intervention to evaluate the comparative effects. It is anticipated that patients in the aerobic exercise group will demonstrate a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, improved cardiovascular fitness, and better overall health outcomes compared to the control group. This study is expected to provide evidence supporting aerobic exercise as a cost-effective, sustainable, and non-pharmacological management strategy for patients with mild hypertension, thereby contributing to improved clinical practice and preventive healthcare.
