Title

“ STUDY OF AI APPLICATIONS IN E-COMMERCE RELATED TO CONSUMERS PERCEPTION”

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Today, many people, even those who don't know much about technology, are familiar with artificial intelligence (AI). AI is a computer tool that helps solve many problems people face, making everyday life easier. Smart people have used AI in the online shopping business. AI is when robots, like computers, mimic how humans think and process information. The main goal of the study is to understand what consumers like about using AI in various aspects of online shopping. The study involved 100 people, and the methods used were Factor Analysis and Regression Analysis. The study used simple random selection. In conclusion, there is no link between how something is used and the rewards it offers, but there is a strong link between the methods used. The main ways AI is changing e-commerce are through instant product recommendations, voice searches, and virtual personal shopping assistants.
