Cancer term has now become familiar to all people be it a kid or adult. The rising trend of cancer in Kashmir has urged a need to research about the concerning trend. This paper exams, relating trends of incidences of cancer in Kashmir. Data from major medical institutions and regional cancer registries available on online portals has been analyzed comprehensively. The data reveals notable surge in cases of Kashmir with approximately 80,000 representative cases documented so far. The major medical. institutions of Kashmir like GMC Srinagar, SKIMS Soura has reported increased number of cases annually. The research shows that cancer has a substantial burden on healthcare facilities. The findings indicate an escalating hike of cancer cases across Kashmir Valley, which demands private, government, public health interventions with an immediate implementation and execution.
