Examining Employee's Perception of ESG Activities in an Organization

Abstract
The study aimed to assess and analyze employees' awareness and perceptions of
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities within the company and understand
their impact on decision-making and workplace satisfaction. Key sub-objectives included
evaluating employee awareness, assessing participation in ESG-related initiatives, and
identifying factors influencing transparency. The study used a mixed-research method,
employing a structured questionnaire and random sampling.
