This study investigated the antiulcer potential of ethanolic extract of Pilea microphylla (EEPM), a medicinal plant known for its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.The Phytochemical analysis of EEPM revealed the presence of flavonoids, phenolic compounds, alkaloids, tannins, and saponins, with quercetin and kaempferol identified as key constituents. Because of the presence of these phytochemical constituents it is assuming that it may possess antiulcer activity. On the basis of these considerations, the purpose of the present study was to evaluate the antiulcer effects of EEPM.
