Title

A Study On Customer Satisfaction Towards Maruti Suzuki Cars With Special Reference To Coimbatore City

Abstract

The research aims to analyze customer satisfaction towards Maruti Suzuki cars in Coimbatore city, focusing on understanding the factors that influence consumer experiences and expectations. As one of India’s leading automobile manufacturers, Maruti Suzuki has a significant presence in the market, making it essential to assess customer satisfaction to maintain and enhance its position. Key aspects such as product quality, after-sales service, price competitiveness, and brand reputation are explored. Data for the study was collected through surveys and interviews with Maruti Suzuki car owners in Coimbatore, offering valuable insights into their experiences. Statistical tools were used to analyze the responses and identify the primary drivers of satisfaction. The findings reveal that customer service, product reliability, and value for money are crucial factors influencing overall satisfaction. The research aims to provide Maruti Suzuki with actionable insights to improve customer experience and reinforce its market standing in Coimbatore.
