Title

Employee Satisfaction and Workplace Dynamics at Kandamkulathy Vaidyasala: An Analytical Study

Abstract

Abstract This study examines employee satisfaction at Kandamkulathy Vaidyasala, focusing on key factors such as wages, working conditions, motivation, and job security. Through a survey of 60 employees, the research identifies significant relationships between these variables and overall job satisfaction. The findings indicate that employees are generally satisfied with their work arrangements, welfare schemes, and security policies. Performance appraisal is primarily based on salary increments and promotions, while job rotation is a key training measure. Statistical analysis confirms that wages, working hours, work environment, motivation, and safety measures significantly impact job satisfaction. The study suggests that while the organization excels in employee welfare, additional efforts in career development, diversified incentives, and expanded medical benefits could further enhance workplace satisfaction. By implementing these improvements, Kandamkulathy Vaidyasala can foster higher employee retention, motivation, and productivity, ensuring long-term organizational success.
