Title

A study on Customer Satisfaction towards Mac Book with special reference to coimbatore city

Abstract

The study explores customer satisfaction with Apple’s MacBook in Coimbatore city, focusing on the factors that contribute to consumer contentment and loyalty. The research aims to evaluate various aspects of the MacBook, such as its design, functionality, performance, and value for money, to understand how these elements impact overall user satisfaction. Primary data were gathered through surveys conducted among MacBook users in Coimbatore, allowing for an in-depth analysis of their experiences and expectations. The study reveals that while customers highly appreciate the MacBook’s quality, brand reputation, and seamless integration with other Apple products, concerns related to its high price and limited-service options were noted as significant drawbacks. The findings provide valuable insights for Apple to enhance its product offerings and customer service strategies in Coimbatore, ultimately improving customer satisfaction. The study contributes to a better understanding of consumer behaviour and satisfaction in the context of high-end technology products.
