Title

An Overview Of Medicinal Plants Used In Wounds and respiratory infections

Abstract

Ethnoveterinary practices involve the traditional beliefs, knowledge, practices and skills pertaining to healthcare and management of livestock .The present situation of considerate curative potential and immunomodulatory effects of different plants used in ethnoveterinary medicine. The great number of plants has been used in traditional ethnoveterinary medicines in the prevention and treatment of milder forms of infections, chronic diseases and persistent infections. One of the possibilities for stimulation of the functions of immune system is the submission of herbal preparations which can incite the function of the effectors protective cells and stress their protective capacities. Extracts from some plants acquire immune-stimulating properties and are able to enhance the exact and distracted resistance of the animal organism to pathogens and trauma. One of the most capable alternatives to classical antibiotic treatment is the use of plants for enhancing host defence responses and as potential growth promoters. Botanical compounds exhibits a number of valuable healing properties and also their usage is the significance for the animal welfare. This compounds have been used therapy to treat the respiratory, reproductive, urinary or nervous system. Many of plants have proved to be extremely are useful in several body systems.
