Title

A Comprehensive Study on Wearable IoT Devices in heathcare and day-today life.

Abstract

Wearable IoT devices, such as smartwatches, fitness trackers, and advanced medical sensors, are revolutionizing healthcare by enabling continuous monitoring of vital health metrics like heart rate, stress levels, physical activity, and sleep patterns. These devices empower individuals to proactively manage their health and assist healthcare professionals in diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease monitoring. Their applications extend to fitness tracking, mental health monitoring, elderly care, and emergency response systems, making them integral to preventive and personalized healthcare. However, several challenges impede their full potential, including data accuracy, interoperability issues, battery life limitations, cybersecurity risks, and unequal access. To address these challenges, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and federated learning are being integrated to enhance data analysis, ensure patient privacy, and improve security. A comprehensive overview of wearable IoT devices highlights their benefits, challenges, and future directions, aiming to promote their adoption in global healthcare systems.
