Title

The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research paper explores the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance and job satisfaction in modern organizations. Transformational leadership is characterized by inspiring and motivating employees to exceed expectations by fostering innovation, trust, and personal growth. The study investigates how the four dimensions of transformational leadership—idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration—contribute to enhancing employee outcomes. By conducting a detailed review of existing literature and analyzing case studies, this paper establishes a strong link between transformational leadership and improved organizational outcomes. Findings suggest that transformational leadership significantly enhances employee performance by aligning individual goals with organizational vision and promotes job satisfaction by creating an empowering and supportive work environment.
