By analyzing data from organizations in Coimbatore, the study identifies key challenges in talent retention and highlights effective HR practices that enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Through well-structured career growth opportunities, competitive rewards, and employee engagement initiatives, businesses can build a stable and high-performing workforce that contributes to long-term success.
