Employment opportunities significantly influence the career choices and aspirations of youth. This study examines the perception of youth regarding employment opportunities in Tirupur district, a region known for its industrial and entrepreneurial activities. The research analyzes key factors such as job availability, skill requirements, industry preferences, and the impact of government initiatives on youth employment. Data was collected from students, job seekers, and employees to understand their views on career prospects, challenges, and expectations. The findings reveal gaps between youth aspirations and available job opportunities, emphasizing the need for policy interventions, skill development programs, and industry collaboration. The study provides insights that can help bridge these gaps and enhance youth employability.
