Title

JOBWEAVE: STRUCTURING SMARTER RECRUITMENT

Abstract

Efficiently handling job recruitment poses a significant challenge lately for numerous organizations. A well-structured job recruitment system plays a crucial role in streamlining hiring processes, improving applicant tracking, and enhancing the job search experience. Outdated manual systems often succumb to errors beneath cumbersome layers of redundancy and inefficiency making consistency elusive. Numerous job recruitment platforms are available but just a handful provide solutions that balance efficiency adaptability and precision well. In this study, JobWeave: Structuring Smarter Recruitment is designed and implemented to manage job postings, applicant profiles, and applications using a relational database approach. System structure relies heavily on Entity Relationship Diagram ensuring data integrity via Third Normal Form normalization somehow every time. Database backend utilizes MySQL during development phases whereas frontend gets developed using React and Tailwind CSS for real-time interactions. Compared to traditional job management systems that rely on spreadsheets or basic CRUD operations, our proposed system enhances data retrieval speed, reduces redundancy, and ensures seamless interaction between employers and applicants. By integrating API-driven architecture, the system achieves high performance and user engagement, making it a robust solution for modern job recruitment platforms
