This study focuses on the challenges and solutions related to e-commerce logistics in Coimbatore City, a rapidly growing urban center in India. E-commerce has seen exponential growth in recent years, and efficient logistics play a pivotal role in ensuring timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and business success. However, the logistics sector in Coimbatore faces various challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, last-mile delivery issues, high operational costs, and lack of technological integration. This research aims to identify the key logistics challenges specific to the region and analyse the impact of these challenges on the e-commerce industry. Furthermore, it explores potential solutions such as adopting advanced technologies, improving supply chain management, enhancing infrastructure, and implementing efficient last-mile delivery strategies. By examining case studies and conducting interviews with industry professionals, this study provides insights into how e-commerce businesses can overcome logistical hurdles and improve service quality, thus contributing to the growth of e-commerce in Coimbatore.
