Especially in the manufacturing sector, emotional intelligence (EI) is vital for improving employee performance. This research investigates how EI affects productivity, teamwork, and job satisfaction among employees at Milka Nutriments (P) Ltd. Important aspects of emotional intelligence (EI) like self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills are analyzed. Results indicate that workers with greater EI show enhanced adaptability, lower stress levels, and better decision-making skills. Workplace efficiency and morale can be significantly enhanced by effective EI training programs. The research underscores the necessity for organizations to incorporate strategies for developing EI. Improving EI can result in a workforce that is more engaged and productive. This investigation offers useful perspectives for human resource practices within the manufacturing sector.
