: The Blockchain-Based Medical Connect System aims to enhance the security, transparency, and efficiency of medical data management through blockchain technology. This study evaluates the system’s performance in ensuring data integrity, interoperability, and patient privacy within a decentralized framework. The implementation results demonstrate a significant reduction in administrative overhead, improved real-time access to medical records, and enhanced security through immutable ledger mechanisms. Smart contracts facilitate seamless communication among healthcare providers while minimizing risks associated with fraud and data breaches. Our findings indicate that blockchain integration effectively addresses key challenges in healthcare data management, leading to improved patient care outcomes and greater trust in digital health solutions. Future work will explore scalability and integration with existing healthcare infrastructures to further optimize system efficiency.
