Abstract
A cutting-edge e-commerce platform, FurniWeb was created to incorporate online purchasing features into conventional furniture markets, tackling important issues including market development, operational cost reduction, and customised consumer interaction. React.js is used in the platform's front end development, while Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB with Mongoose are used at the back end for effective data management. Transactions are made safe, scalable, and smooth using other technologies including Redux, React Router, Tailwind CSS, Firebase Google Authentication, JWT, Razorpay Payment Gateway, Axios, Vite, and bcryptjs.FurniWeb's AI-powered chatbot, which was developed with Python, Flask, Keras, NLTK, NumPy, and Pickle, is one of its primary features. By offering prompt, insightful answers to questions, this chatbot improves user experience and lessens reliance on human help, therefore enhancing customer contact. Customers benefit from search features, secure payment methods, and the ability to submit feedback, while administrators can oversee goods, orders, payments, comments, and report creation thanks to the platform's role-based access. FurniWeb improves customer happiness and operational efficiency by bridging the gap between contemporary e-commerce and conventional furniture retail. Its use of artificial intelligence and automation makes it a flexible and scalable solution for companies of all kinds, guaranteeing a smooth and engaging purchasing experience.
