Title

A STUDY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS ON RAPIDO SERVICE WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO COIMBATORE

Abstract

The research aims to analyze customer satisfaction with Rapido services in Coimbatore, focusing on understanding the factors that influence user experience and service preference. As bike taxi services gain popularity as a convenient and cost-effective mode of transportation, assessing their role in commuter satisfaction and market acceptance is essential. Key aspects such as ride affordability, service reliability, driver behavior, app usability, and safety measures are explored. Data for the study was collected through surveys and interviews with Rapido users in Coimbatore, providing valuable insights into their commuting preferences and expectations. Statistical tools were used to analyze the responses and identify the primary drivers of customer satisfaction related to Rapido services. The findings reveal that affordability, service efficiency, and trust in the platform are crucial factors influencing user satisfaction. The research aims to provide Rapido and similar service providers with actionable insights to enhance service quality, improve customer experience, and strengthen their market presence in Coimbatore.
