The financial revolution in the technology industry is undergoing a major transformation, fueled by digital technologies and emerging financial practices. This research attempts to ascertain and bridge knowledge gaps on how these transformations are reconfiguring financial activity, business models, and market structures in the industry. One of the most significant gaps in current literature is the understanding of the impact of digital financial services on organizational performance. Notwithstanding the rapid growth of digital financial services, their direct effects on organizational performance measures have not been comprehensively examined. This study seeks to bridge the gap by investigating the impact of digital financial services on profitability, efficiency, and competitiveness in technology companies. Another area that has not been extensively researched is the role of financial support in the propulsion of digital transformation. It is important to identify how financial support influences the uptake and integration of digital technologies into financial processes. This research will examine the interconnection between financial investments and the successful execution of digital transformation programs in the technology sector. Furthermore, the rise of decentralized finance (DeFi) is an opportunity and challenge yet inadequately understood. It is essential to examine the influence of DeFi on established financial systems, regulatory systems, and market forces in order to grasp its full potential in reshaping the financial landscape of the tech sector. With this study in focus to address research limitations issues that have been identified, we expect to provide an inclusive evaluation of the determinants that propel fiscal change in the technology sector. The results should be beneficial to policymakers, business executives, and researchers undertaking endeavors to mold and guide the dynamic fiscal environment formed by the evolution of technologies.
