Title

Decentralized Security Mechanisms for IoT Networks: Exploring Blockchain Integration

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) revolutionizes how devices interact, which not only increases efficiency but also the widespread deployment of underpowered devices. Blockchain's decentralized, tampering-proof architecture offers a promising solution to face these security challenges. This paper detects the convergence of blockchain and IoT, focusing on the use of distributed laser technology (DLT) to enhance IoT security. By surveying existing research, we recognize the main applications, potential benefits, challenges, and future directions for the integration of blockchain in the IoT environment.
