Title

Virtual legal assist using AIML

Abstract

People frequently have trouble getting their complaints heard and effectively handled by many organisations and authorities. A lot of complaints are ignored because there is insufficient responsibility, follow-up, or communication. By creating a web-based platform that enables users to actively campaign on their behalf in addition to filing complaints, this initiative seeks to close this gap. The platform makes sure that complaints are handled methodically, which improves their visibility, tracking, and resolution. The goal is to give people a voice, make the complaint handling process more transparent, and create a grievance redressal mechanism that is more responsive. The complaint procedure is still mainly disjointed and inefficient. Users frequently find themselves in predicaments where they are either ignored or trapped in a tangle of bureaucracy. This project offers a web-based solution that empowers customers by serving as their advocate during the complaint resolution process in addition to allowing them to file complaints. Users can file grievances, monitor progress, and get information using the website's user-friendly layout. On the backend, it makes it easier to follow up with the appropriate authorities in a methodical way, which helps to guarantee that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. The platform seeks to transform the way complaints are handled in a variety of industries by encouraging openness, responsibility, and user involvement.
