Title

Design and Construction of IOT based Smart Mirror

Abstract

Smart mirrors are a rapidlyemerging innovation in the field of smart home and IoT applications. This paper presents the design and implementation of an IoT-based smart mirror system using the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ platform, integrating multiple real-time functionalities such as calendar, Gmail notifications, weather forecasts, news headlines, and environmental sensing using a DHT11 sensor. The mirror is also capable of interacting via voice and conserving power through an IR sensor and push-button automation. The proposed system can be utilized in homes, offices, and commercial spaces to offer an interactive and informative user experience.
