Title

Disaster Recovery Solutions Using CI-CD Pipelines In DevOps

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, ensuring business continuity is paramount for organizations striving to maintain operations during unforeseen disruptions. Disaster recovery (DR) plays a critical role in modern IT strategies by enabling the restoration of systems, data, and applications following adverse events. The adoption of DevOps practices, characterized by continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), presents a robust framework for enhancing software development, deployment, and maintenance processes. This paper investigates the integration of disaster recovery solutions within CI/CD pipelines, focusing on how DevOps methodologies can effectively improve recovery time objectives (RTO), minimize recovery point objectives (RPO), and strengthen overall system resilience.
