Title

To Study the Teacher Effectiveness of In-Service High School Teachers in relation to their Gender and Experience

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of government high school teachers by examining the influence of gender and teaching experience. With the growing emphasis on educational quality, understanding the factors that contribute to teacher performance has become crucial. The research investigates whether male and female teachers differ in their effectiveness and how years of teaching experience impact instructional quality and student outcomes. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to gather data from selected government high schools. The findings are expected to provide insights into professional development needs and inform policy decisions to enhance teaching standards across diverse classroom settings.
