This paper presents the integration of a home automation and security system controller with FPGA implementation to deliver a unified, efficient, and reliable solution for modern smart homes. The system combines essential home automation features, such as controlling lights, fans, and appliances, with advanced security functionalities, including intrusion detection and real-time alerts. The controller is designed using Verilog hardware description language, leveraging the parallel processing capabilities of FPGAs to ensure fast and efficient operation. Key components include a modular architecture, scalable design, and secure communication interfaces. The functionality of the system is validated through simulations on the ISim Simulator, showcasing its ability to handle diverse real-world scenarios seamlessly. The proposed implementation highlights the potential of FPGA-based solutions in enhancing the performance, reliability, and flexibility of home automation and security systems, making it an ideal choice for future smart home applications.
