Title

USE OF INTEGRATED INTELLIGENCE SCHEDULING SYSTEM (IISS) FOR HEAVY CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

Abstract

Executing systematic planning requires detailed development for projects involving road construction with bridges and dams coupled with tunnel development since these projects need extended operational spans and numerous integrated tasks. The implementation barrier exists because project execution remains inside unpredictable living environments when using Critical Path Method (CPM) and PERT and bar charts. Project scheduling techniques present challenges in practical implementation because they need better adaptation to moderate changes and provide weak support for project data analysis during ongoing projects thus extending execution periods and creating disjointed working processes between teams. The research examines whether the Integrated Intelligent Scheduling System (IISS) can solve current scheduling system issues. The expert system elements in Integrated Intelligent Scheduling System produce project scheduling solutions through adaptive algorithms and decision support functions that rely on project data. Scientists evaluate the functional elements of the Integrated Intelligent Scheduling System to reduce operational barriers among different groups while optimizing resources through careful analysis of its code structures. The acquired data gets processed into Scheduling systems that match modern needs of heavy civil construction operations.
