EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND GROWTH IN EDUCATIONAL SECTOR

Abstract

The research paper entitled as “Impact of education sector” is a way to understand the satisfaction of employee in institution. It is necessary to discover the fact which leads to the retention of employees with shortages and increased service demands in the field of any educational sector. We have done this research paper in the field of education sector with the help of their personnel. This research reveals the practices, and the policies of Colleges/Universities are favorable or not for the personnel in that working institution for the sustainability. The data and information collected through most appropriate questionnaire having close-end question which is carried out in the educational sector. The research paper designed accordingly for the purpose to study which is descriptive in nature. Employee retention has now become a basic concern in education sector. Nowadays institutions are facing challenges regarding the issue for employee workforce in the acting environment it directly influences the student success & institutional growth. Developing employee retention strategies is essential sustainability & stability of employees this study includes analyzing the factors among employees and administrative staff in both private and public educational institutions.it is the research motive to examine the factors which contributes with the employee retention in this time of shortages of employees and increased demands for services in the field of educational sector field. It contains of strategies which aims to identify the practical and various methods to reduce employee turnover and to enhance their sustainability. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and collection of data via surveys & questionnaires this research identifies key drivers for fostering culture of engagement and support for employee retention as to promote long term commitment of employee towards their in working sector. The study includes strategic recommendations for educational leaders and policymakers to design a blueprint for fostering employee engagement and loyalty.
